A silver-tongued salesman who deals consistent Wind Shear DoT damage across all enemies. Sampo stacks up to 5 Wind Shear debuffs and boosts DoT taken by the entire team through his Ultimate's 30% DoT vulnerability debuff, making him a solid DoT enabler alongside Kafka.
Deals Wind DMG equal to 100% of Sampo's ATK to a single enemy. Hits 3 times, giving multiple chances to apply Wind Shear stacks from the Talent's passive proc.
Deals Wind DMG equal to 56% of Sampo's ATK to a single enemy, then bounces 4 additional times, each hitting a random enemy for 56% ATK. Total potential: 280% ATK and massive Toughness damage of up to 90. At E1, adds a 6th bounce for even more damage and Wind Shear applications.
Deals Wind DMG equal to 160% of Sampo's ATK to all enemies, with a 100% base chance to increase all targets' DoT taken by 30% for 2 turns. This amplifies Sampo's own Wind Shear, Kafka's Shock, and any other DoT on the field. Costs 120 Energy (effectively 110 with A4 trace refund).
All of Sampo's attacks have a 65% base chance to inflict Wind Shear for 3 turns (4 turns with A2 trace). Enemies with Wind Shear take Wind DoT equal to 52% of Sampo's ATK at the start of each turn. Wind Shear stacks up to 5 times for a total multiplier of 260% ATK per turn passively.
After use, enemies in the area are inflicted with Blind for 10 seconds; Blinded enemies cannot detect your team. When initiating combat against a Blinded enemy, there is a 100% fixed chance to delay all enemies' action by 25%. Excellent for getting the drop on hard fights.
Sampo excels as a DoT Sub-DPS. His Ultimate amplifies DoT damage taken by all enemies, benefiting any teammate with DoT in their kit. Kafka is his premier partner, able to re-trigger active DoTs with her Skill and Ultimate.
