Kafka's ability to detonate all DoTs on enemies triggers Arcana stacking far faster than Black Swan can achieve alone, often pushing Arcana stacks to heights that are otherwise impossible in a reasonable number of turns. Without Kafka, Black Swan still deals solid DoT damage but requires more turns to ramp up. She is strong enough to run in slower teams with Ruan Mei or as a Nihility support in Acheron compositions.
Two reasons. First, reaching 120% Effect Hit Rate ensures that her debuffs and Arcana stacks reliably land even against highly resistant enemies in endgame content.
