Her signature Worrisome, Blissful is a meaningful upgrade, particularly for its Tame debuff that increases follow-up CRIT DMG for the whole team, but it is not required to clear endgame content at E0.
Proof of Debt is a mark Topaz applies via her Skill to a single enemy. While the mark is active, all follow-up attacks targeting that enemy deal 25% more DMG. The mark only applies to the most recently targeted enemy, so it shifts if Topaz re-skills onto a different target. If no enemy has the mark at the start of an ally's turn, Topaz automatically re-applies it and Numby attacks, which counts as a follow-up attack itself.
Every time an ally (including Topaz) uses a follow-up attack on an enemy with Proof of Debt, Numby's action is Advanced Forward by 50%. This cannot trigger during Numby's own turn. In a team built around follow-up attacks (like with Robin or Aventurine), Numby can attack extremely frequently, often multiple times per rotation, which makes follow-up teams exponentially better for Topaz than standard teams.

She rates S in MoC and S+ in Apocalyptic Shadow due to the boss-focused nature of AS content. In Pure Fiction, which rewards AoE damage, she rates lower (A tier) since both her and Numby's attacks are primarily single-target.
E1 (Future Market) is the most impactful eidolon, adding up to 50% extra CRIT DMG from follow-up attacks on Proof of Debt targets via two Debtor stacks.
