Basic Behind the Kindness

Deals Physical DMG to a single enemy. A low-priority action in most fights since Natasha's Skill and Ultimate are far more important, but provides a small energy gain to help charge her Ultimate faster.

100% of ATK (Lv.6)
Skill Love, Heal, and Choose

Restores 10.5% of Natasha's Max HP plus 280 to a single ally immediately. Then grants a heal-over-time regen for 7.2% of Max HP plus 192 at the start of that ally's turn for 2 turns (3 turns with A6 trace). Also removes 1 debuff from the target after unlocking A2.

10.5% HP + regen
Ultimate Gift of Rebirth

Costs only 90 Energy, the lowest Ultimate cost in the game. Heals all allies for 13.8% of Natasha's Max HP plus 368. Simple, reliable, and frequently available due to the low energy requirement.

13.8% HP, all allies
Talent Innervation

When healing allies whose HP is at 30% or lower, Natasha's Outgoing Healing increases by 50%. This applies to both the direct heal and the heal-over-time regen. A powerful emergency multiplier, though the 30% HP threshold is dangerously low.

Technique Hypnosis Research

Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals Physical DMG equal to 80% of ATK to a random enemy, with a 100% base chance to Weaken all enemies. Weakened enemies deal 30% less DMG to allies for 1 turn, making it a strong defensive opener.

Frequently Asked Questions

Natasha struggles in Memory of Chaos and other late-game modes. Her healing output is lower than other sustains, her Skill's heal-over-time can arrive too late to prevent deaths, and she does not provide the defensive utility (shields, damage reduction) that modern sustain units offer. Characters like Gallagher, Lynx, or any 5-star healer are significant upgrades when available.
Natasha's Talent, Innervation, increases her Outgoing Healing by 50% when healing allies at 30% or lower HP. This applies to both her direct Skill heal and the heal-over-time regen, effectively giving her a massive healing bonus in emergency situations. However, the 30% HP threshold requires allies to be at critically low health, which is risky without a shield unit providing a buffer.
Post-Op Conversation provides 16% Energy Regeneration Rate and a 24% boost to Outgoing Healing when using the Ultimate. For Natasha, Energy Regen directly translates into more Ultimate casts, which is her primary AoE healing source. Given her already-low 90 Energy cost, stacking Energy Regen allows for extremely frequent Ultimate usage, maximizing her most impactful skill.
Natasha is given to all players for free during the main story quest on Jarilo-VI. She does not require any pulls or Stellar Jade, making her the first sustain unit for most players. She can also be obtained from standard warp pools after that. Her free availability makes her especially valuable in the early game when players have not yet built a roster of sustain characters.
E2 is the most notable eidolon, adding emergency continuous healing to allies at low HP when Natasha uses her Ultimate. E3 boosts Skill level for better healing output. However, since Natasha is a 4-star standard character, her eidolons will accumulate naturally over time. Investing Starlight Exchange or pulls specifically for Natasha's eidolons is not recommended when better sustain options exist.
Aim for 134 SPD as the recommended breakpoint, which allows Natasha to take more actions relative to standard enemies and bosses. 143 SPD and 160 SPD are additional breakpoints that provide even more turns per cycle. Speed is Natasha's most important stat after HP%, since more actions means more healing opportunities and faster Ultimate regeneration even without Energy Regen items.
