No. Silver Wolf performs well with Before the Tutorial Mission Starts (4-star) for strong Effect Hit Rate and Energy regeneration. Lies Dance on the Breeze is a meaningful upgrade when you reach 170 SPD, but Before the Tutorial remains excellent at all investment levels.
67% Effect Hit Rate is the target threshold to guarantee her Skill debuffs when all Traces are maxed. Her Ascension 6 trace adds +18% Effect Hit Rate passively, so you typically need around 49% from relic sources to hit 67% total. Prioritize the Body piece with Effect Hit Rate main stat and supplement with substats.
Three major changes: (1) Her Skill now prioritizes implanting the Weakness corresponding to the first character in the team lineup. (2) Her Ultimate now hits all enemies instead of just a single target, enabling AoE DEF shred. (3) Her Talent now regenerates Energy at the start of battle and at the beginning of each turn, making her Ultimate rotation significantly faster with less reliance on Energy Regen substats.
Aim for at least 160 SPD, and push to 170+ SPD if you have Lies Dance on the Breeze. Higher Speed means Silver Wolf acts before your DPS, implanting Weakness and applying debuffs before they attack. Use Speed boots as your Feet main stat and target Speed substats across all relic pieces.
Put your main DPS in position 1 (first in the lineup) and Silver Wolf in any support slot. Her Skill now prioritizes the element of the first-position character, so placing your strongest carry first ensures Silver Wolf implants the correct Weakness type every time. The Lushaka planar set also buffs the ATK of the position-1 ally, creating a double benefit from this setup.
E1 is the highest pull value eidolon, regenerating up to 35 Energy per Ultimate use when the target has 5 or more debuffs. This makes her Ult essentially self-sustaining in rotation. E2 reduces enemy Effect RES by 20%, removing the need for extra Effect Hit Rate substats. E6 doubles her personal damage when enemies have 5 debuffs, but is extremely costly for a support unit. E0 to E1 is the sweet spot for most players.
