The more Skill Points your team consumes, the more hits his Ultimate delivers, and each hit has a chance to Freeze enemies solid.
Deals Ice DMG to a single target enemy. A straightforward attack that rarely sees priority use, but still contributes Toughness damage and keeps the action economy turning when Skill Points are depleted.
Increases the Hits Per Action for Misha's next Ultimate by 1 hit. Deals Ice DMG equal to 200% ATK to a single target and 80% ATK to adjacent enemies. Combined with his Talent, using the Skill actually grants +2 hits to the next Ultimate.
Costs 100 Energy. Has 3 Hits Per Action by default, up to a maximum of 10. First hit targets a single enemy for 60% ATK. All remaining hits each land on a random enemy for 60% ATK. Just before each hit lands, there is a 20% base chance to Freeze the target for 1 turn. Frozen enemies cannot act and take additional Ice DMG equal to 30% ATK at the start of their turn. Hits Per Action reset after each use.
Whenever any ally consumes 1 Skill Point, Misha's next Ultimate delivers 1 more Hit Per Action and Misha regenerates 2 Energy. This is the core of his design: he is explicitly meant to be played alongside high-SP-consuming DPS units to stack his Ultimate hits.
After using the Technique, creates a dimension lasting 15 seconds. Enemies caught in the dimension are inflicted with Dream Prison, stopping all actions. Upon entering battle against enemies afflicted with Dream Prison, increases the Hits Per Action for Misha's next Ultimate by 2 hits.
Misha is designed to be played alongside high-SP-consuming DPS characters. Every Skill Point consumed by any ally adds 1 hit to his next Ultimate. Pair him with supports like Sunday or Sparkle who can provide off-turn actions and let Misha capitalize on buffed windows.
