The inarticulate head of Herta Space Station's Security Department. Arlan is a berserker-style Lightning DPS who consumes his own HP instead of Skill Points to deal damage, gaining up to 72% bonus DMG from his Talent when at low health, but requires heavy shielder support to survive.
Deals Lightning DMG to a single target. A straightforward attack used when Arlan needs to preserve his already-low HP rather than spending more with his Skill.
Consumes 15% of Arlan's Max HP to deal Lightning DMG to a single enemy. Costs no Skill Points. If Arlan lacks sufficient HP, his HP is set to 1. He can then continue using this Skill at no further cost. His primary damage tool.
Deals Lightning DMG to a single enemy and Lightning DMG to adjacent enemies (Blast). Costs 110 Energy. At E6 and below 50% HP, the adjacent damage multiplier equals the primary target multiplier, turning this into a potent 3-target AoE attack.
Arlan gains bonus DMG for every percent of HP below his Max HP, up to a maximum of 72% more DMG. This is the reward for staying at low HP values. At 1 HP, the full bonus is always active but requires a shielder to keep Arlan alive.
Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals Lightning DMG equal to 80% of ATK to all enemies. A useful wave-opener that softens groups before Arlan begins his single-target rotation.
Arlan's core requirement is a shielder. Without strong shields he will die instantly at 1 HP. Aventurine and Gepard are mandatory considerations. Bronya and Sparkle pair naturally since Arlan never consumes Skill Points, letting them operate entirely Skill Point Negative.
