The premier Wind DPS in Honkai: Star Rail. Anaxa shatters enemy defenses by implanting all seven Weakness types, unlocking the Qualitative Disclosure state that converts into bonus damage and a free extra Skill hit every time he attacks, a self-sustaining engine that ignores up to 28% of enemy DEF at full stacks.
Deals Wind DMG equal to 50% of Anaxa's ATK to one designated enemy. Each hit also triggers the Talent's Weakness Implant effect, adding a random Weakness to the target. Low direct value but useful for energy generation when no Skill Points are available.
Deals Wind DMG equal to 35% of Anaxa's ATK to one designated enemy, then bounces to deal 4 additional instances of 35% ATK Wind DMG to random enemies (prioritising those not yet hit). For each attackable enemy on the field, DMG dealt is increased by 20%. This is Anaxa's primary damage tool. Spam it whenever possible to accelerate Weakness stacking and trigger the Talent's free extra Skill follow-up.
Inflicts the Sublimation state on all enemies, then deals Wind DMG equal to 80% of Anaxa's ATK to every target. In Sublimation, enemies are simultaneously afflicted with all seven Weakness types (Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Quantum, Imaginary) lasting until the start of their next turn. Enemies without Control RES are also unable to take action while in this state, effectively acting as a mass crowd-control tool.
Each hit Anaxa lands implants 1 random Weakness on the target for 3 turns, prioritising types the target does not already have. When any enemy accumulates 5 or more different Weakness types, it enters the Qualitative Disclosure state: Anaxa deals 18% increased DMG to it, and after each Basic ATK or Skill hit, an additional free Skill is automatically cast on the same target (or a random one if the target dies first). This free Skill does not cost Skill Points and cannot chain into itself.
After using Technique, nearby enemies enter a Terrified state and flee from Anaxa for 10 seconds. Entering combat via attacking a Terrified enemy is always treated as attacking a Weakness. Upon entering battle, Anaxa applies 1 Weakness of the attacker's type to every enemy target, lasting 3 turns, giving the team an instant head-start on Weakness stacking before the first action.
With 1 Erudition character (Anaxa himself), the Imperative Hiatus trace gives him +140% CRIT DMG. With 2+ Erudition units, all allies gain +50% DMG instead. The team-wide buff is substantially stronger, so running a second Erudition like The Herta is highly recommended.
