Deals Lightning DMG to a single enemy. Primarily used for SP regeneration. This should rarely be prioritized over the Skill since Bailu's healing value far outweighs the modest damage output.
Heals a single ally for 11.7% of Bailu's Max HP + 312, then bounces healing to 2 random allies with each bounce reduced by 15%. Treat this primarily as a single-target heal since the bounce targets are random. Use it in emergencies when a specific ally needs topping off.
Costs 100 Energy. Heals all allies for 13.5% of Bailu's Max HP + 360 and applies Invigoration to all allies that don't have it. Allies who already have Invigoration have its duration extended by 1 turn. Invigoration lasts 2 turns. This is Bailu's primary healing tool and should be leveled first.
After an ally with Invigoration is hit, restores their HP for 5.4% of Bailu's Max HP + 144. This can trigger up to 2 times (3 with A4 trace). Additionally, when any ally receives a killing blow, they are not knocked down. Bailu immediately heals them for 18% of Max HP + 480. This revive effect triggers once per battle.
After using Technique, at the start of the next battle, all allies are granted Invigoration for 2 turns. This ensures your team enters combat immediately protected by Invigoration's reactive healing and 10% DMG reduction bonus trace.
Bailu fits any team as a pure sustain unit. She excels in teams where allies receive frequent damage, allowing Invigoration's reactive healing to shine. She has no cleanse, so avoid content that heavily relies on debuff removal.
