Tier lists that change silently can't be trusted. This page records every movement on the HSRTIERLIST.COM rankings with the date it happened and the reasoning behind it — so you can see not just where a character sits, but how they got there. Placements are judged at E0 with accessible relics across all three endgame modes.
The 4.5 update. One placement today; the rest of the patch's movement lands September 12, when Aventurine • Waveflair releases in Phase 2 and gets ranked the day he's testable. With no Memory of Chaos refresh this patch (shortened five-week version), the revision after this one leans on the new Anomaly Arbitration cycle and the August 31 Apocalyptic Shadow reset.
No existing placements move today: 4.5 ships no new relic sets and no character buff wave, so the 4.4 hierarchy carries over intact. Two things are on watch for the September 12 revision: Ashveil's ceiling once Aventurine • Waveflair joins her follow-up core, and where Summeretto's arrival leaves the older ATK buffers — Robin's original form in particular now has a strictly more flexible sibling.
Brings the rankings current through version 4.4, covering three patches of releases, the Fate/stay night collab's second wave, HoYoverse's Novaflare buff program, and the arrival of the Elation path as the defining DPS archetype.
Castorice, Evernight, Permansor Terrae, Hyacine, Huohuo and Sparkle hold SS — Sparkle in particular aged well, since her SP battery is exactly what Rin Tohsaka and the Elation engine want. Firefly holds S+ on the back of her Novaflare buffs, and Acheron holds S+ with Mortenax Blade now her best Nihility partner.
HSRTIERLIST.COM launched with rankings for all 83 characters available in version 4.1, judged at E0 with accessible relic sets across Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow. That baseline is kept here for comparison.
